In this busy world will will take some time to meditiate and stitich into Magnoila leaves to work around the ideas of anixety and other emotional issues that may arise for us in our daily lives. By taking time to pause and notice how we feel and what we feel we can explore textures and natural materials to help us create a moment of calm and stillness to bring us back to the present moment.
