In addition to this I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist (M.A) I am also a member of British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and offer Life Coaching sessions.

• Trauma, Emotional and behavioral difficulties

• Struggling with life events such as bereavement; end of life; changes in family structure

• Bullying or abuse

• Children exposed to domestic violence

• Impacted by Dementia

• Displacement to Refugee status

The list is not exhaustive and anyone who may feel anxious, angry, depressed or disaffected may also benefit from
Art Therapy.

One of my passions is journaling. I have several books I work in at different times and they range from A5 to A2 in size. I often find that these sketches end up on my products. As you can see, they offer a lot of inspiration!
