Courageous Art Therapy ~ Me

“Every child is an artist.
The problem is how to remain
an artist once we grow up”
~ Pablo Picasso
Thank you for stopping by at Courageous Art Therapy. My name is Nina and I have worked in the creative field for many years and art has always been integral part of my life. I originally trained as a designer and still work for many publishing companies designing and illustrating book covers. I am also an avid photographer, all round creative, mum and working my way to becoming a ‘cat lady’! In addition to this I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist (M.A) I am also a member of British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and Black, African and AsianTherapy Network (BAATN.org).

In addition to this work my studies reignited my love for intuitive art making and I have found a way to combine art and design by creating products that incorporate my art. Art making has been central to my life so, please feel free to take a peak in the SHOP to see if there is anything that takes your fancy.
