Join me in the first 2 hour workshop in the UNTAMED series is our own journeys into what does “THIS IS ME” mean for us. We are so used to juggling many hats and roles but, who are we. What does our inner wisdom tell us when we stop to listen with curiosity and self inquiry. Noticing our fragility, strengths and inner resilience. No formal art experience with materials or sewing is required to benefit from this therapeutic experience that will nourish your soul.

Join me in the second 2 hour workshop in the UNTAMED series, together we take time to notice any tensions in our bodies and meditate our way to slow down, without judgment or thought, offering ourselves some self care. Enjoy this time to explore the materials and reconnect to ourselves and each other as we claim our own spaces. Creating connection with each other whilst distanced. No formal art experience with materials is required to benefit from this therapeutic experience that will nourish your soul.

UNTAMED | Pt 3 : Kintsugi This

Join me in the last 2 hour workshop in the UNTAMED series. In this final workshop let us connect though the principles of Kintsugi and continue our reflection as we deepen our inner wisdom to dismantle, digest and repair our thoughts and ideas around our identities. Opening up spaces for difficult topics and unique spaces to be connected to each other while distanced. Using our inner wisdom to dialogue and create as this workshop is something that we can do together, from afar, for ourselves and each other …. to hold ourselves and our communities together.
